A 10-year-old can enjoy them just as much as a 30-year-old hobbyist. We do not call them toys because they perform well beyond what that word implies.

Most RC vehicles in local stores are entry-level, slow, and built with cheap plastic that breaks within weeks. MyConic sources premium, rare, and high-performance RC machines not commonly available in the Indian market — built for real performance, real terrain, and real durability.

There is none. Our products are recommended for ages 8 and above, but we have customers in their 20s, 30s, and beyond. If you can hold a remote, you can drive a MyConic machine.

Yes. All MyConic machines come fully assembled and ready to go. Just charge the battery, sync the remote, and you are on the road — or off it.

Our off-road trucks are built for multi-terrain use — grass, gravel, mud, sand, and rough outdoor tracks. RC drift cars perform best on smooth to semi-rough surfaces. Each product page specifies the ideal terrain for that machine.

Our machines are built with standard RC components, so basic modifications are possible. MyConic does not officially guide modifications at this time, but experienced hobbyists will find the build quality very compatible with standard upgrades.

Our current lineup reaches speeds of up to 50 km/h. That is not a marketing number — that is real, tested top speed on open terrain. Fast enough that you will need some open space to run them properly.

This varies by product and is clearly mentioned on each product page. Brushless motors offer higher speed and longer lifespan, while brushed motors are easier to maintain and replace.

Control range varies per product and is listed on each individual product page. Generally our machines offer a solid range suitable for outdoor use in parks and open grounds — typically up to 50 metres.

Typically between 20 to 40 minutes of continuous use depending on the product and terrain. We recommend having a spare battery if you plan longer sessions — USB charging means you can top up anywhere.

Charging time is typically between 1.5 to 3 hours using the included USB charger. Exact charge times are listed on each product page. The USB cable means you can charge from a laptop, power bank, or wall adapter.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Every MyConic machine ships in its original manufacturer box, placed inside secure outer packaging. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video — this is required for any damage claims.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@myconicstore.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve it promptly.

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. An unboxing video is required for damage-related claims.

Record an unboxing video before opening your package. If damaged, contact us at support@myconicstore.com within 48 hours with your order number and the video or photos. We will resolve it immediately.

Yes, within 7 days, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs in this case are borne by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount.

We accept UPI, Credit and Debit Cards, Net Banking, and popular wallets through Razorpay. All payments are secured through Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant payment system. Your financial data is never stored on our servers.

All MyConic products come with a 30-day manufacturing defect warranty covering motor issues, electronic failures, and structural defects not caused by user damage or misuse.
